Most of our workshops are 2-4 hour intensive sessions, designed to teach a complete technique or create a finished project. Some advanced workshops may be split across multiple sessions. We also offer half-day and full-day intensive workshops for more complex projects.

We keep our workshop groups small to ensure personalized attention. Our maximum class size is 8 participants for most workshops, and 6 for more technical or advanced sessions. This allows our instructors to provide individual guidance to each participant.

No! All materials, tools, and supplies are included in the workshop fee. We provide premium quality materials so you can focus on learning without worrying about what to bring. You'll also take home your completed project and any leftover materials.

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your workshop up to 48 hours before the session at no charge. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund, which can be applied to future workshops.

We partner directly with trusted manufacturers and suppliers across Canada and internationally. All our materials meet strict quality standards and many are sourced from sustainable, environmentally responsible suppliers. We prioritize Canadian suppliers when possible to support local businesses.

We offer both! You can purchase individual materials and supplies for your specific needs, or choose from our curated craft kits. Our material specialists can help you select the right supplies for your project, whether you need just one item or a complete collection.

Absolutely! Our materials specialists have extensive industry connections and can help source specialized, vintage, or hard-to-find materials. If we don't have what you need in stock, we can often locate it through our network of suppliers. Special orders typically take 1-3 weeks.

Our packages include workshop sessions, online tutorial access, craft supply kits, and support services. The Starter package includes 2 workshops monthly, basic tutorials, and email support. The Creative package adds unlimited tutorials, premium kits, and consultation time. The Master package includes unlimited access to all services.

Yes! You can book individual workshops ($45-75 each), purchase single online courses ($25-45), or schedule consultations ($75/hour) without a monthly commitment. However, our packages offer significant savings for regular participants.
