3.1 Account Creation

4. Workshop and Service Bookings

4.1 Registration

Workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellations:
  • More than 7 days before: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund (credit note issued)
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the workshop
• Our Cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling if we cancel

4.3 Workshop Conduct

Participants must:

• Arrive on time and prepared
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines
• Respect other participants and instructors
• Take responsibility for their personal belongings

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of booking.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Instructional materials and techniques taught in workshops are for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Participation in workshops and creative activities involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Initifemal's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Material Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from creative projects.

8. Age Requirements

Most services are designed for participants aged 16 and older. Some workshops may allow younger participants with parental supervision. Age requirements are specified for each service.

Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our Services and create accounts.

9. Health and Safety

You must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect your participation. We provide safety equipment and instructions, but you are responsible for following them.

If you feel unwell or unsafe during any activity, please inform the instructor immediately.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Prohibited Uses
